Makers Market 2026 Vendor Application
Our 2026 Makers Market will take place on
December 5th & 6th from 10am-4pm.
To apply as a vendor, click the application below and add it to your cart. Before submitting your application, please read all event details and vendor requirements carefully. Vendor applications are due by September 1, and selected vendors will be notified on or before September 15, 2026.
Applications need to be submitted on or before September 1st, 2026
We have limited space here at Schilling’s and we work hard to curate a great selection of vendors that all complement each other. We will contact all applicants about whether they have been selected as a vendor or not by or before September 15th via email.
Please do not contact us asking about the status of your application. We will get back to you! Once you have been selected, we will email you a contract. You have until September 30th to return the signed contract and booth fees. Contracts and booth fees turned in after September 30th will be charged a late fee. If we don’t receive your booth fees and signed contract by September 30th, we will find another vendor to take your place.
Vendor Details:
The shopping times for both Saturday December 5th and Sunday December 6th will be 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-2:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm
Set up will begin Friday December 4th for those who can make it, otherwise setup will begin 8:00 a.m. on Saturday December 5th and gates will open promptly at 10:00 a.m. You can leave your tent and tables up overnight throughout the weekend, but we encourage you to take valuable products down. SGM will have no responsibility for damage to or loss of any items of property prior to, during, or after the Makers Market. Takedown will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday December 6th with booths completely removed by 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening.
Booth fees for the entire weekend are $250 (Saturday & Sunday) for a 10’x10’ outdoor space (in addition to the $15 application fee). For those that need power there will be $100 electricity fee. Please only request electricity if you actually need it! Electrical availability is limited and open to SGM discretion for approval.
Each vendor must provide their own 10x10 pop up tent (must be weighed down – we are not responsible for damages due to wind).
Things to know:
To make parking run smoothly at our property, shoppers must purchase an advance parking ticket to reserve their 120-minute shopping session to attend. Shoppers can fill their car with as many people as they like, we just need to make sure we have enough parking spots for everyone.
We have roughly 130 parking spots, so we estimate 800-900 shoppers each day. A parking monitor will be placed at our gated entrance to ensure customer parking limits are maintained.
Changes and cancellations to the format are possible at any time based on our current state. If we have cause to cancel, booth fees will be refunded.
There will be live Christmas music all weekend, and Mr. & Mrs. Claus will make an appearance both days!
